You Might Need This Workshop if...

  • You've been telling yourself it's not "that bad," but something still doesn't feel right.

  • You leave arguments feeling confused, exhausted, or like everything is somehow your fault.

  • You've Googled things like "is my relationship normal" or "am I too sensitive" more than once.

  • You want to understand what you're going through, but you're not sure where to start.

  • You don't need to have your situation figured out to show up. You just need to be curious.

What We'll Cover

  • What healthy relationship conflict actually looks like, and what it doesn't.

  • The subtle signs of emotional abuse that most people miss, especially the patterns that don't leave visible marks.

  • Why it's so hard to see clearly when you're inside it, and why you keep questioning yourself.

  • What to do next if you're starting to recognize uncomfortable patterns
