Individual Therapy

If life has felt heavier than it should, therapy can give you a place to slow down, feel understood, and actually process what you’ve been carrying. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I am here to help you navigate it all.

A space where your story makes sense.

Therapy with me isn’t about managing symptoms or learning quick fixes. It’s about understanding the patterns underneath everything you’re carrying. Together we explore how your history shaped you, how your nervous system learned to survive, and what you need to feel more connected in your life now.

My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and collaborative. You never have to perform or pretend in this space. Just show up as you are.

What I Help With

You don’t have to be falling apart to come to therapy. Most of the women I work with look put together on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.

If you’re like most of my clients, you’ve been pushing through for a long time. You’re decent at functioning. You’re good at carrying more than your share. But lately something feels off and maybe you can’t quite name it.

Here are the patterns that usually bring people through my door:

Feeling overwhelmed or on edge

  • Snapping easily

  • Feeling drained before the day
    even starts

  • Noticing your body is always bracing

Anxiety and overthinking

  • Replaying conversations

  • Imagining worst-case scenarios

  • Feeling like you can never fully relax

Relationship struggles

  • Feeling unseen or misunderstood

  • Getting stuck in familiar but painful
    patterns

  • Second guessing yourself constantly

People pleasing and perfectionism

  •  Putting everyone else first

  • Struggling to set boundaries

  • Feeling guilty for having needs

Life transitions and identity shifts

  •  Motherhood

  • Career changes

  • Rebuilding after hard chapters

  • Trying to figure out who you are now

Old wounds showing up in new ways

  •  Stress responses you don’t recognize

  • Big emotional reactions

  • Overwhelmed by things that “shouldn’t” be a big deal

You don’t need a crisis to deserve support. You just need a place where what you’re carrying can finally land.

The Women
I Support

I work with women who are:

  • High achieving on the outside and emotionally worn out underneath

  • The dependable one for everyone else, even when they’re running on empty

  • Navigating big changes while carrying a full nervous system

  • Trying to break generational patterns and show up differently

  • Stuck in old habits they can’t think their way out of

  • Ready for something deeper than quick fixes or surface-level coping

If you’re craving steadiness, clarity, and the feeling of coming home to yourself again, this space is for you.

What to Expect

Most women come in unsure where to begin. You don’t need a polished timeline or a neat story. You don’t even have to be confident about going to therapy. You just need to show up, and we’ll take it from there.

Initial Phone Consult

Before we schedule anything long-term, we’ll start with a quick 15-minute phone call. Consider this a vibe-check and a chance for both of us to see if we’re a good match. I always say finding the right therapist is a lot like dating, but with a lot less awkwardness (thank goodness!)

This call is casual, low-stakes, and designed to take the edge off the nerves that come with starting therapy. You don’t need a script, a speech, or a perfect explanation of what’s going on. I’ll answer your questions, explain the process, and make sure I can support you best on your therapy journey
